The Antique Integrated Area Development (ANIAD) Program is a long-term community-based program in the province of Antique in the Philippines. It is a collaborative effort of local people's organizations (POs), non-government organizations (NGOs), and government organizations (GOs). The program is implemented by the ANIAD Foundation, a tripartite body itself with 8 PO members, 8 NGO members, and 8 GO members. The governor of the province sits as chairperson of the foundation.

The ANIAD community-based program is jointly supported by the governments of the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
